Privacy

What I do with your data.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Who processes the data

KROJ, a web design and development studio based in Split, Croatia. For anything about privacy, write to [email protected].

Inquiries through the form

When you send an inquiry, I receive your name, email address, project type and message. They reach me as an email. The website does not store them in any database.

I use them only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to do the work. I do not send newsletters and I do not pass your details to anyone for advertising. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer needed, and after two years at the latest.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools, which is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google servers.

Visit statistics

For basic statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies, does not follow you across other websites and is not used to identify individual visitors. I only see totals: how many visits there were, which site they came from, which country and what kind of device.

Who else is involved

  • Cloudflare, Inc. serves the website and forwards email. In doing so it processes technical data such as IP addresses, for delivery and security.
  • Google (Gmail) is the inbox where inquiries arrive.

Both companies may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing. Just write to [email protected].

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
